Solve Nuked Blackberry problem using windows

This problem occurs when the BB continue to repeat the process of booting. Where when this happened, it is very difficult for us to do the wipe and re-load the firmware, because when in the connect to USB, BB will continue to flame and die (looping). This can happen because It corrupt the OS (can happen due to the addition of third application that not compatible).

Symptoms:
when switched on: Led indicator light will be some time, the screen will show the hourglass of death, and BB will be dead, after some time will up again and repeat the same process again.

Causes:
Firmware do not match, if the new firmware upgrade and then nuked, should downgrade back to original firmware
Required:
-BB Desktop manager v 4.6 or later
Firmware-BB (recommended to use the last known good stable firmware)
install the firmware, jgn vendor.xml sure to delete the files in Program Files → Common Files → Research in Motion AppLoader → → vendor.xml
-Computer + windows

This is what you must do !!

Step # 1:
Make sure that BB is not connected to the computer.
Open App Loader. Browse to Program Files Common Files → Research In Motion AppLoader.

Step # 2:
Click Next after, App Loader will waiting BB to the USB connection (see pic)

note: we need to do is connect the USB-PIN: UNKNOWN (see pic). how to order the BB so it can detected by USB? while the BB is in Nuked state?

The trick is:
Disconnect BB Battery, then connect the BB to the USB.

! IMPORTANT !!!!!!!

When the BB connect to USB, Led indicator will light on, note in the window app loader, when any posts changes to the USB-PIN: UNKNOWN immediately press NEXT.

if this fails, please repeat the above step.

The goal: stop the BB from repeated process so that we can continue to reload the firmware.

If successful, proceed to Step live # 3 (Do not forget, SET BACK IMMEDIATE THE BB BATTERY)

Step # 3:
Reload Firmware with App Loader (see the pic)
