1. Download the OS files to a PC and then install
2. Go to c: \ program files \ common files \ research in motion \ apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. Plug BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml files.
Eat Left kira2 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the data available at the time of backup process.
When finished device will reeboot.
There will be a message "waiting for initialization."
Wait until finished.
If you get white screen with the code 507, ga not panic, pull the plug again n BB to the PC and re-installation process.
